Over the years, many label printing machine manufacturers have appeared in China regardless of size and quality. As a company that had been selling new South Korean machines, used and refurbished/reconditioned Japanese machines, we were skeptical and careful before committing to include China machines in our portfolio. After 2 years of researching and surveying China Suppliers, we were impressed with Zonten Machinery and decided to be its agent. Zonten Machinery have 2 factories; one in Shanghai, producing the Intermittent Offset machine and one in Wenzhou, producing the Intermittent Letterpress and other machine.
Zonten is one of top brands in China and have very good feedback from its customers in China including those who have tried various brands before Zonten. One of its proudest achievement is the usage of Zonten Intermittent Offset machine by a Famous Japanese Printer and awarded with a certificate of recognition. Furthermore, Zonten have high sales volume in Italy, a country where many great label printing machine manufacturers are based. This certainly shows the standard of Zonten’s machinery.
The main motor adopts imported inverter to govern a stepples speed adjustment.
Feeding and rewinding are controlled through magnetic particle brake and clutch (Japanese Mitsubishi auto tension controller).
Unwinder system is controlled by edge guide sensor.
Adopt ceramic anilox roller which offers durability, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. also is more efficient on production by reducing the time of changing rollers.
The printing units are all equipped with a group of infrared dryers respectively.
Each IR dryer device of printing unit is interchangeable to UV dryer.
Unwinder and rewinder adopt air core holder.
The printing unit can register in 360 degrees. Each printing unit can be independently geared and loosen to have rest of units continue to printing.
The roll feeding, printing, UV vanish, auto infrared drying, laminating and rewinding can be processed in one pass.
The inking roller will be automatically off impression when press stop and rotate at lower speed in order to keep the ink from being drying.
RY-330/450 is characterized by wide application, fast printing speed, high economic efficiency and ink pollution free. It is an ideal printing machine for the business form, Tag and high end pressure sensitive label.
